Message	the only way to remove the old oil is to drain and flush. The vacuum may remove some oil from the lines, but there will still be oil in the compressor sump, evaporator and condensor You probably have too much oil in your system, which will reduce the cooling efficiency. But in the end, some AC is better than no AC
